Forever 21 Blue Polka Dot Ruffled Crop Top Medium

This is a cropped top by Forever 21 in size medium. It is a cream color with blue polkadots. It is two layers creating a ruffle effect. The top layer is about 3 inches shorter than the bottom layer. The fabric is 100% polyester. This is in excellent condition.
