Forever 21 Black Wrap Off the Shoulder Dress

This little black dress hits right around the knees/top of the shins. I wore it once to a school dance and never had another use for it. It is a little see-through as you can see in the photos but it wraps well and looks fine with compression shorts underneath. It has spaghetti straps and beautiful ruffle off the shoulder sleeves. Perfect for a dance, wedding guest dress, or any other fancier occasion! - I sewed one stitch into the bodice in the front, but it can easily be removed into a full wrap around dress - I wear a size x-small - small and this fits great, but it can be a little forgiving given it wraps!
