Forever 21 Black & White Lightning Bolt Mini Dress

I got this secondhand because it reminded me of Bride of Frankenstein! Sadly, I never wore it and now it doesn’t fit! Slightly stretchy. Does have some pilling near the bottom of the dress on the back side (see 4th photo) — but it can easily be removed!
