Forever 21 Black Tank Top with Lace Trim and Rouched Center size Small

This is a Forever 21 black tank top with lace trim along the neck and arms-eyes in a size small. There is rouching at the center that is gathered and tied up in a cute little bow. It is the perfect whimsigoth tank and desperate to be worn with a long floral peasant skirt. Seen on a size 2/4 dress form for reference. In perfect condition!
