This is a NWT black strapless dress from Forever 21. It has a slit 10" going up the back to add to the style. It has plenty of stretch to it and includes the hanging straps. The top has a plastic lining around the top to hold it up nicely. I have the same one and I wear it both day and night paired with a jean jacket and booties or heels and leather. Either way, its the perfect little black dress with a good amount of length to it. Bundle and save!
