Beautiful Forever 21 Black Sheer lined Highlow dress with cutout sides to create a beautiful sinched waist. 100% Polyester Has some snags on back of dress, noted in picture. Measurements: Pit to pit - 16” Length- (front) 32” (back) 48” This dress is preloved. Unfortunately it does not fit me anymore so I’m looking for it a new home.
