Forever 21 Black Ribbed Dress

~THE THIRD PICTURE IS THE TEXTURE CLOSE UP~ ~LISTED AS LONG SLEEVES BUT THEY ARE 3/4 SLEEVES (just short of long sleeves)~ This black dress is listed as a size small, but it will likely fit a size xs like me too! It is is amazing condition and has never been worn. This dress has a slightly fitted waist that flares out into a flowy dress!
