Forever 21 Black Retro Mini Dress with Gold Buttons and belt, pleated, mockneck

This is a super chic Forever 21 dress worn only once for a wedding in 2016 so she's vintage-ish. It is in perfect condition and features a black crepe dress with black satin lining, and gold buttons along the left shoulder. It is size small and has pleating along the top and bottom of the waist, and top and hem of sleeves, with a covered matching faux leather belt with a gold buckle. It is mockneck and although a mini, super great for a work holiday party, rehearsal dinner, winter wedding, or a cute night out! Seen on a size 2/4 dress form for size reference.
