Forever 21 Backless Strapless Mini Dress - Navy/Ivory, Size M

Runs small! Not advised for big busts. This is a M but I generally wear a S in Forever 21 and usually an XS in other brands. The main photo looks a bit lighter in color; please see photos of actual dress (it’s navy blue). The photos of the other print are for fit reference only. There is elastic on the back waist area and rubbery material inside at the top hem to help keep the dress in place, plus you can right the bow as tight as you need. Smoke free home. [C]
