Forever 21 3X yellow striped blouse

Yellow and white stripes. Lightweight fabric, doesn't stretch. Cuffed cap sleeve. Has some light marks on the front towards the bottom, hard to see but they're there. I have tried to stain treat and couldn't get it out. They are very faint, I have to look hard to see them. Sheer. approx 26 inches pit to pit 28 inches length *
