This is used and in very good condition it requires 4 AA batteries, not included. This is about 14 inches tall and when the yellow button is pressed he walks and talks, with lights flashing. He won't walk on carpet, it must be a hard surface. He walks, talks and flashes lights when the switch is on I and only talks and flashes lights when it is on O. See pictures
