glitternurse @eaguilera2929 I am sooooo upset I could cry. That package was sent perfect in a brand new box!! This has never happened to me ever and I have been mailing items all over the world for years!! I am so sorry!!!!!! Please let me know what happens. Someone obviously opened this box and tried to cover up their tracks very poorly and both of our expenses. I am utterly disgusted and my husband is a is postal worker. I can't wait to show him these pics!! I am so sorry!!!!! 😢😢😢😢

eaguilera2929 I wanted to cry as well. This has never happened to me either. I've been wanting this for a while now. I'm gonna call at 4:30 and I really hope they have it.

eaguilera2929 @glitternurse hi again. So I spoke to that clerk as it says in the note. He says the way I received the box is the way it arrived at the distribution plant. What he advised is that you call the plant there where you shipped from. Not the post office but the distribution plant where the mail arrives or departs in your area.

eaguilera2929 And tell them what's going on. He says it's probably sitting there somewhere. But like I told him, that hoodie can't just slip out thru that opening. It has to have been pulled out. And he said if that's the case, you would need to contact the post inspector at that plant in your area and they would investigate. They have cameras he said. I'm so devastated.

glitternurse @eaguilera2929 I was speaking to my husband and he said that even if I contact the mail distribution center up by me that I will probably never find out what happened to this box and why. He said you need to file a claim. I think you should send posh an email stating how we have spoke, that the package came he way it did and how we will probably never will be able to recover this item and can we take this as a loss and get reimburse for it.

glitternurse @eaguilera2929 Unfortunately this has happened to me with another seller that the package was lost in the mail and poshmark gave me and the seller their money back. But you have to start it on your end.

eaguilera2929 @glitternurse I hate that this happened. Specially because I liked this so much. But you're right. It's hard to find out. I have contacted posh since I received the empty box today. Hopefully they'll get back to me tomorrow.
