Footed Bowl with Handpainted Roses and Gold Accents

Elegant decorative bowl, likely porcelain, featuring a pink rose motif. Accented with green and blue hues. Bowl measures just under 4" tall by 7" wide. One of the interior roses looks as if during the manufacturing process there was either paint loss or bubbling of the paint that caused it to separate.
