Footed Biscuit Jar Black Glazed Terracotta Fruit Motif Japan Wicker Handle

Lidded and footed biscuit Jar with wicker handle. It has a made in Japan sticker on the bottom. The hand painted graphics feature a mixed fruit motif. It measures 7" in height (to top of lid) and is approx. 7" in width (lug handle to handle). It is free of cracks and repairs. One of the feet has a tiny chip on its underside which does not effect the way it rests. Interior is clean. The black painted finish shows some age related wear to the finish around the back of the jar and on the bottom, as shown. Exterior bottom also displays crazing in the glaze. See photos.
