Folk Art Hand Carved Wooden Santa Figurine Whirly Gig Painted Adjustable Arms

Here is an awesome folk art inspired wooden Santa figurine. This style would be called a whirly gig. The arms adjust and one should be up and the other down and then they could move in the wind. The Santa also rotates on the stand. This one seems hand carved and painted, but no signature. It’s also fold art similar to N Thomas, but this isn’t her work. No identifying labels. About 13” in height. Nice condition for its age. Thanks for looking :)
