Foil Art Reverse Painted Picture Flowers Vase Roses Framed

This vintage foil art reverse painted picture features a flower arrangement with roses in a vase. The picture measures 4" x 5" and the frame is a yellowish ivory color. The foil is red, green, black and gold. Nice vintage condition and numbered on the back. The back shows its age. I don't know the age but it has been in my family since at least the 60s.
