Black and White polka dot off the shoulder Bella maxi dress by Flynn Skye, made in the USA. A chic and streamlined silhouette with a strapless top and off the shoulder ruffles. The floor length skirt has a wrapped front that wears like a slit. zipper back closure. The bottom shows floor drag as pictured, I have not tried to clean but it looks like it would remove easily.
