Love this large magnolia border print on red in this wrap/surplice neckline maxi dress from Flying Tomato. Flutter sleeves, elastic waist, textured poly fabric, hand wash. 28-40" elastic waist 59" long 20.5" across the back pit to pit, but lots of room in the front, so I'd say 40-46 bust. I wore it once and I wear a 16 or 1x and have a 44" bust. 50" hips approx. Enjoy!
