Fly London Tan Suede Slip On Shoes Wate Size 39 should be a 38

I am Reposhing this item I purchased from @tikipink. Loved it, but it was just tight, and I believe these are running small. I have another pair in a different color that was a 40 fit perfect. I was hoping the 39 would fit, but it didn't. So I'm passing it on. I only wore once. This is closer to a 38. Questions? Leave a comment below!
