Fly Deterant Kids Room

This is an upcycled item, the originial start was for fly deterants, yet personally my grandbaby played with these, more than most other toys. They are an eye catcher to the kids, so might be fun to hang them in a kids room or above a crib? The lids move and when you shake the string they sound like a rattle. This one has a part of a toy repurposed. Millenials?
