Flutter sleeve dress with tulip skirt

Flutter sleeve satin dress with faux wrap tulip skirt. Full zipper and waist tie. Satin has subtle floral print to it. I am 5'4" and typically wear size 4 jeans from target. Dress straps were taken up through alterations.
