Flutter Top w Bead Detail EUC

One of my favorite tops! The full length flutter sleeve design is super pretty & super flattering. Elastic waist lets you wear it bloused, enhancing the flutter look. Neckline is a wide V with coordinating zig-zag beading. This top is also super comfy. I wore it a lot to work & took very good care of it. I would guess I bought this just over 10yrs ago, but it doesn't show. Bc it's rayon/spandex theres no pilling, just a very light hazy-fuzz in a few areas (I really had to search for it lol).
