The Hopes Promise in navy blue and cream features a rounded toe, laser-cut F details, skinny laces, leather wrapped 2-in heel, rubber soles, navy blue and cream leathers. The blue leather is meant to look slightly pebbled. No flaws! No scuffs, marks, or stains -- these look nearly perfect. There is one small light scratch on the backof one heel (see photo).
