No scuffs, marks, stains, scratches or flaws -- just some minor wear on the bottoms. These run true to size for most. If you have wider feet, you may want to go up a half size. Some people deem it inappropriate to remove their shoes in public (unless you're in a park, at the beach, or slyly hidden underneath a desk).
