Fluevog Baroque Lorrain black and blue velvet heeled boot - 7 Excellent - nearly new! The Lorrain features beautiful contrast of dark blue velvet upper with embroidered detail, and black/blue rub off shiny leather on the bottom -- and -- paired with the distinctive hexagonal Baroque heel, these are chef's kiss. Rounded toe, 3-in heel, side zipper, very soft velvet material -- these look incredible. There is one very tiny scratch on the side of one toe (very hard to notice) and one heel has slightly peeled on the back/hidden inner side -- BUT this is not something you'll really notice or can see while wearing. These lovelies fit true to size. A perfect shoe for when you're feeling mysterious.... The Lorrain pays homage to the French landscape artist, Claude Lorrain, in a decadent design as multi-layered and detailed as his work. The ankle height, zip boot's canvas begins with highly polished rub-off Portuguese leather, overlaid with deeply coloured Spanish velvet and finished with embroidered thread detail. This piece of art stands on a hexagonal Louis 14th 3" heel and extremely durable tunite soles. The Baroque is expressed beautifully in this extravagant but functional boot. There's no fashion like old fashion. This boot fits similar to the rest of the Baroque Family; perfect for an average to wider foot and fits a high instep beautifully!
