Flowy spaghetti strap purple dress

This lovely dress is marked as a size 7 but is kind of stretchy. There is elastic under the bust. There are belt loops which I will leave on but could also be easily cut off. I'm about 5'3 and it goes to my knees. The last picture shows a small lining in the front top of the dress.
