Flowy high low dress perfect for work, church, or brunch with the ladies!

Dress hits about mid calf for me (I am 5’4” for reference). Sleeves have cute peplum ruffle detailing at the ends, and since around your elbow area. Shoulders are bunched at the top, and the color has similar ruched detailing as the sleeves. You can button all the way up for a more formal look, or leave the first/second button undone. Selling because it does not fit me anymore. Pair this dress with some white or navy blue wedges, heels, sandals, and some gold jewelry, and you would look stunning!
