Flowy cowl neck zebra open back tie top

I think purchased from beginning boutique but can remember. Kind of a cowl neck fit with some puffiness in the shoulders and wide flowly long sleeves I love how this fits, adjust back ties and very flattering on chest of different sizes For something that wasn’t terribly expensive, this top looks really nice on and quality is good I have enlugh zebra stuff so I’m letting this go!
