Flowy Top

Navy Blue flowy long sleev top with bell sleeves, very flattering on with cool design on the back and two strings in front that you can tie but it's more just for the "look" I'd say. Worn a few times one of my faves. The pic I took of just the color blue has a tiny pull which you can't even seel in the sleeve but had to post just to show on here but it is not noticeable at all!
