Flowy Summer Shorts; High Waisted; Navy & Floral

Flowy summer shorts. Light, thin fabric, mwabt to be worn high waisted, Removable belt, elastic waist. Navy blue with floral print. Size large, but run small. These did not come with tags, they came wrapped in a plastic bag. They still have the size sticker and have never been worn.
