Flowy Skirt - MADE IN USA

Super cute white skirt w/ red and black flowers. It's 2 layers. The 1st is the longest & it's sheer with the print and texture (see second picture). The 2nd is a white lining and it's a little shorter than the first. This gives it that little see-through ruffle at the bottom. 100% polyester. It says hand wash/line dry or dry clean, but I have washed it and dried it and it's fine. It is approximately 27 inches long from waist to bottom hem. It is in great condition!! It's very thin and flowy.
