Flow-y, Off-the-Shoulder Crop Top

One-size, button-up crop top. Super flow-y, adorable off the shoulder sleeves and thin straps. Cream with tiny black polka-dots. Thought I could pull it off, but I just can’t. Perfect for summer, would look great with high-waisted shorts.
