Flowy Jacket/Over-Blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @oceanlover77 only because it didn't fit . Lovely and feminine black jacket/overblouse with a flouncy and flowy front. The size tag had been removed, which was disclosed by the seller, but it fits like a M or L and I normally wear an XL . The mannequin is a size S. As you can see, it's a very nice fit on the mannequin. So pretty and has a lovely drape. The front has two layers, the underneath layer being a pretty chiffon. The fabric is soft and very comfortable. Sleeves are a nice length, even for me and I'm 5'8". A great find for the right person!
