Flowy, Fringe Blouse/Cover Up

Flowy, Fringe Open blouse and/or could be great bathing suit cover up. Creamy white/tan base with brown, white and black print. White fringe on bottom. Super lightweight. Never worn. From Parpar, purchased in San Jose, Costa Rica. No size - believe it was one size fits all. I am 4'11" and ~116 lbs. and it fits like an oversize/flowy piece.
