Flowy Black Pull on Pants, Size S High Waist

This is a pair of black flowy pants with side pockets. Please feel like they are new but I cannot tell. No brand tags. Excellent condition. Gathered stretchy waist. There are belt loops but you could wear these without a belt as the loops blend in to the gathers so they don't show. High waisted. You could really dress these up. No stretch in fabric.
