Flowing pleated skirt

Sold separately but also selling with the matching blouse. New with tags. The material is very soft. Can’t see it on the picture, but there are silver shimmering running down the skirt. Elastic waist band. Goes down to shin on me because I am short but might be shorter for taller ladies.
