Flowing abstract floral print skirt from Cato‎

This is a very flattering and forgiving skirt. The sheer overlay is in a classic black and white and is fully lined with a black slip. It has a wonderful easy flow to it with a small ruffle at the bottom. It is size large. As you can tell on the mannequin it sits more at hip level because of the size. Waist is 32 inches but does stretch. Measurements of the mannequin shown; Bust ~ 35" Waist ~ 28" Hips ~ 35"
