This navy blue blouse feels like silk but it’s polyester. Sleeveless, button front with a little collar. The back has a little pleat. The hemline comes down to 4 triangles and at its longest (triangles) comes down to low hips. It’s very flowing and fun to wear. Color is definitely navy blue but that wasn’t a color choice in writup.
