absolutely beautiful and soft skirt I love this and adjustable waist from large to XL drawstring three brown stain spots that could be dyed blue or whole skirt could be dyed new color the rayon is thick and soft 🩷 The stains I pictured are not on the very front panel. it is on the left side panel
