Flower choker/ring neck strap Blouse/Top

This is a small V-neck choker/ring neck blouse, a dark blue decorated with light pink and red flowers. The top crosses in a layer across the chest, and the bottom folds in a really beautiful layer as well. One side of it has a slit. It is just a little bit worn at the top by the collar strap
