Flower chip and dip server

White chip and dip server with blue and black flower print on front. I'm not sure about the material, but it feels like plastic. Dark stain on bottom of product (see last photo with red arrow pointing to defect). Diameter of server is about 13 inches. This measurement is approximate not exact. Dishwasher Safe. Top Shelf only. Not recommended for use in microwave oven. Made in China.
