vwgirl27 @missbarbie1981 hello sorry for the late response, my petite daughter is 14 and still fit in them and got them when she was 8 or 9. So, I would say they fit from 8 or 9 to maybe 15. They are probably size smalls (the tags are off) the pink one is 12 inches, The purple patterned one is 13 inches, The purple one is 11 inches, and the white flower patterned one is 12 inches long. I hope this makes sense!
