I think it totally depends on the person n their desired fit...I always recommend to just follow the chart, for a 32 bust it appears as though a small would fit just right 🥰 a medium would probably give you more of a relaxed loose fit. I have not had any complaints of the item not fitting, assuming they are following the size chart 💓
