@momjustgoing4it This was mislabeled as a 4T but it is actually a 4. According to the Bonnie Jean Size Chart, it is the same measurements as a 4T (listed on other item). This set is 17 inches at length and 9 inches at the waist. It is a cotton spandex blend so it should stretch. The leggings are also Capri , not full length.
