Beautiful top/cardigan from the brand Flower.
It's so cute and has amazing detail. There is slight discoloration where it hangs on the hanger but it's not too noticeable (especially if you have longer hair). Cute tie in the back too. I usually wear it like a cardigan with the whole thing unbuttoned but it could also serve as a top/blouse vibe.
