Flounder Little Mermaid Dress

Flounder from Little Mermaid Halloween/Party/Dress-up Costume. My daughter wore this once to 'Mickey's not so scary Halloween party'. So beautiful and was comfortable for her to wear all evening. It has satin ribbon straps that tie into the back of the dress in a bow, allowing the dresses to be adjusted for both fit & comfort!
