Flounced Top Romper

Flounced top romper with open back in navy blue. Made from 98% poly with a touch of stretch. Deep v neck front with cute faux tie straps. Back is open and has a zipper closure on pleated shorts with pockets. Can be dressed up or down. This is an older style from H&M when sizing ran very small IMO so while tag reads size 6, I’d say it’s closer to a true size 2. EUC - worn twice.
