Flounce Silk sleeveless blouse. Size x-small/small. Transparent. Deep v-neck. It has small loops for the sash/tie around the waist to flatter your figure. It looks great over a tank top or as a beach cover-up. Beautiful blues and purples. The sash/tie has a small loose seam section as shown (not noticeable when being worn).
