Flounce Ruffle Dress

Love it! This sweet little number is brand new with tags. Just needs an iron. It has a peach bodice with flounce ruffles on the chest that are edged in black. There is a sweet black ribbon that ties around the elasticized waist over a black skirt bottom. Has a breezy, vintage feel to it. The peach with black color combo is so chic!
