@momrocks59 not quite sure how to take them but I hope this helps. All of these were measured with the garment flat on the floor.
Bust (armpit seam to armpit seam): 20 in
Waist (measured without stretching elastic): 15 1/2 in
Length (shoulder seam to bottom of dress): 32 in
